I like the famous 80/20 business principle as a sustainable and guilt-free approach to healthy eating. Twenty percent of the time you may eat out, take out or order semi-prepared meals. Eighty percent of the time I recommend to eat healthily and cook at home. Dinner or breakfast with loved once is a joyful experience beyond a delicious meal. Plus it helps to stick with a budget.
